Early breakfast. Delicious oats with crunchy peanut butter, it is so good even if looks ugly 😅 I go to the gym at 5am and take pre workout meal at around 4am to fuel myself (I can’t workout on an empty stomach). Don’t consume whey protein, bars, ED.
