Weight down 1.5 lbs. so that makes me happy! Trying to keep up with Karen, she is down 16 lbs. and is noticeably thinner. I am down 13 lbs. without looking any different. Tom is cooking low-carb for me. Waiting on more Atkins shakes to come in from Amazon. Have had shakes for dinner twice this week. Saves on calories so that is a good thing.
