Finished a 25k run today, ice bath, and rehydrate now fitting 6lbs from my goal. To think I lost 60lbs of fat in 8 months makes me smile. Letsss goo!! 🔥

82.4 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg. Still to go: 9.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
