first day I went off macro script this year. but it was totally worth it. dinner with friends at Frankies. nothing keto friendly on the menu. (its italian) so I said to heck with it im jumping in the deep end of the carb pool. homemade bread with oil a nd balsalmic. veal scallopini in mushroom sauce with cheddar scalloped potato broccolini and beans topped off with 4 glasses of burrowing owl merlot and tiramisu for dessert. and no - I did not share! I think I savoured the amazing food more because it was off script. I did walk an extra 7800 steps today so I will see if I gain any weight this week or not. either way I have no regrets and im proud of that. usually I regret when I eat outside my macro range. so this is a big NSV. I CAN enjoy a non scripted meal without guilt or remorse. and I dont feel I 'cheated' I made a conscious choice happily. this is an important achievement
