I found a Cracker Barrell meal I love for my WOE: grilled chicken tenders with turnip greens and broccoli. I ate half and took the rest home for supper. Must confess I did eat one of the biscuits and an ice cream sandwich in the afternoon. And enjoyed it! We have been having rain so no walking or gardening going on right now. Will do arm exercises with weights this evening. My brain is still on vacation, so I need to get geared up for gardening and walking soon.
