Back at Bodypump today. Im up to 3xs a week at Bodypump. Am up to 20lbs on squat track(was using 50
lbs b4 injury) Im staying for Pop Pilates after this as well.

Shake those Pounds, Yes body pump is weightlifting to music. It's a lot of repetitious movements divided up into body segments. I take it 3xs a week and love it!💪💜

Cheesegobbler, thank you! I'm trying to get back to normal workouts but it's slow...just gotta accept that I need to go slow . As for hair, thanks! I have been using serum and getting some castor oil next week. Thanks for the tip! 💜💜
