raspberry cobbler + milk = 7 points so I have 3 flex points left til Tuesday!

I think I ate ok today - good news is my contractor brother will come next week to start demo and reconstruction of my bathroom! I am going to go shopping for material this week - maybe have some of it delivered Thursday or Friday. Lots of mold in that room which I can't scrub away.

I have gotten my daughters to agree to go away for the weekend Labor Day. We might go to the beach with my mom for a couple of days and I will take two days off work too, so that will be fun and off the traffic days so the travel should be easy and it's always fun at the beach!

And on the diet front: I don't know about you, but I feel like my skin is loose. Like I am not as plump as I was, like my skin hasn't caught up with my 7 pound loss yet and is a little baggy - not in a gross way, just like loose clothes.
