Been to Sudbury Hall today. Walked a good few miles around the house & gardens with no ill effects. I'll wait till tomorrow on that! If all is ok I will be back walking.

Just googled Sudbury Hall. It's a beautiful place to walk around.

It is Sugar Waffle but not as nice as Chatsworth House, Derbyshire. Jewel in the crown.
