That is so my mind of meal. I rub a London Broil with Emeril Essence then cook it till it reaches 130°F in cast iron or my large air frier. Wrap it in foil for 10-15 minutes. I pour the juices back in the cast iron pan to make a grave then slice the steak thinly on the bias. A typically tough piece of meat turns into something juice, rare and tender. London Broil is less expensive on sale than ground beef so it is my go to when I want beef.

YUMMY!!! I've also been cutting down on red meat, but I eat flat iron or flank steak about once a month. I've learned to marinate it overnight, then I cook it in my sous vide & finish with a sear. It's so tender & DELISH I want to eat it every night! lol
Eating it with portabella mushrooms & rossted asparagus is absolute perfection!
