Leftover beef roast, carrots & potatoes became stew for dinner ▪︎ I blended the juice & some of the potatoes to make a thicker gravy....added a bit of red wine, Sriracha & corn ▪︎ Toasted Ciabatta Roll

I just made a beef stew, also. Beef, carrots, potatoes, celery, mushrooms, beef broth, gravy. Ended up being too much liquid for the amount of other ingredients. Yours looks much more “hearty!”

Debbie, I used the broth left from cooking the roast in the crockpot. I put it & some potatoes in the blender to thicken it.
