You’re doing better than me on the veggies for once. I just haven’t been feeling them.

This is what I call hash or tater mess. Just potatoes, meat, eggs, cheese and any veggies I have on hand. I can’t get the kids to eat them unless I do too 😝. This was my little skillet. Husband had his own a bit bigger and kids had a large to share. You can try something like this and sneak some tiny chopped veggies in 😉.
