I haven’t stopped trying but those late night cravings are hard to avoid. I did well yesterday until around 8:30 pm while watching Netflix…the bewitching hour for me. It’s hard to stop the cravings but I need to continue to try. Went to the gym yesterday which is good. Its hard to get going again after the 2 1/2 years away due to Covid but every journey begins with a single step.

hey i have those too! what helps me is to leave part of my daily calories norm for the late evening, so i can eat before bed time and not stay up all night craving food
