I wanted to wait for five weeks before I took my measurements for my workout regime. I had to figure out what was up with being stuck after working out so hard and watching my diet. I am doing T25 which is cardio but it incorporates other moves which build muscle. Well guess what I have gained like two inches in my thighs and an inch in my chest. I wanted these to go down but it is muscle growth so it is all good.
No, I will not quit my workouts. My clothes fit better and that is the real measure of things.
Muscle growth is good but it is not friendly when looking at true scale numbers. So be it. The bottom line is health.
