had to take a zopidem last night, still having trouble getting to sleep though sleepy all day...so got up at 6 30 to let the dog out, went back to bed and dozed but didn't really sleep til 9:30, tomorrow I am going to GET up and stay up when the dog gets me up and see if that will help me get to sleep earlier in the evening.

Still sleepy today...lethargic, no energy. did walk some outside today before it got too hot....picked a hand full of green beans....watched TV for a couple of hours this afternoon, stiff and sore when I got up. legs hurt, ache deep...
