This evening I did:
TIFF x DAN - Day 27: 30 Min TOTAL BODY Unilateral Workout | 6 Week Shred II

Great workout despite no warm up. When he started doing burpees at the end I did some weighted hip thrusts and then russian twists instead. All in all a good sweat!

Didn't manage a walk today, but did 90 mins on Saturday and an hour yesterday. Daily average calories were over 1700 when I was aiming for 1600, but my weight was the same as Friday this morning so that can only be good thing.
