I was down from last week 0.6 pound at the weight watchers meeting tonight - my recorded weight is from Sunday morning around 9:30 - I am trying to be consistent so that I'll have a good measure as I go along. Sunday morning I can weigh in on the fatmeter scale too - I am at 39% fat, down from 41% so that is good.

Today was rainy in the afternoon, so I didn't get out and walk but I wasn't really motivated anyway. I think if I actually got out and walked two miles every day and also kept to my points and nont using the flex at all, I would lose probably 1.5 per week - which I think I need to do because this dribs and drabs is soooo bad!

Hubby stopped drinking beer and seems to have lost about 20 pounds - no fair!!!! I guess if I stopped eating ice cream I might lose more too.

I plan to lose 2 pounds in 2 weeks so I have to buckle down and watch what I eat, no extras, and careful measuring! Eat breakfast every day. Bring a healthy snack (fruit or baby carrots) for work break. More walking - and I have no excuse actually, because I am supposed to walk at work anyway.
