This weekend was inspiring for some reason - got some things in order and got my new washing machine put in. Got out to see some friends and got my roomer/guest to clean up a mess in his space. Brought my parrot to the vet and he is fine, just a little yeast invasion not infected yet. Shoveled off the back stairs which were covered with frozen snow and ice. Shoveled out the 25 feet to the oil fill so the supplier can get to it. Started moving furniture too.

So busy I didn't get to weigh myself but I have been tracking food and doing well. Made some soup broth and got out the spiralizer to get motivated to have more veggies. Love spiralized zucchini!
