I guess this would be called a hash. This time I used canned diced potatoes, bell peppers, onion, (cook those then add next ingredients) polish sausage, eggs, (cook until meat is warm and eggs are cooked, topped with cheese and plated when cheese was melted. Any seasonings that you like work. Husband had his own skillet, one kid and I shared a skillet for easy logging and other two kids shared a skillet. All were seasoned differently lol.
