I haven't been very good at journaling these last few weeks, but I have been trying to record my food on a regular basis. I seem to be on a weight roller coaster, up one week and down the next. I have heard many speak of this in there daily comments. It is frustrating. Somehow keeping track of my food every really does keep me from going overboard. Saturday is Valentines Day and we are going out for Mexican. Something with a little more flavor than I have been eating.
