My husband and I usually choose lettuce wrapped sandwiches, but we noticed they have a choice for GF bun. So that we gave it to try. That was really good! After finishing eat it, we didn’t feel any heavy fullness like regular breads shortly afterwards. Probably, GF bread has more fibers.
