Lunch 1pm 2 sl ww bread & becel & a banana 1/2c Blueberries
Supper 5.30pm 1c mashed potatoes, 2 fried Breaded veal cutlets, 1c baked beans & tossed salad with ranch dressing
8pm homemade blueberry/peach muffin with becel, 1/2 c canned peaches
Exercise 30 mins Treadmill @ 2.7 mph elevation 3 & 20 mins stretching
