I had a good weekend and a great week so far. I have been riding my exercise bike every day and I bowled on Wednesday and Thursday. I can't say I am free of cravings, there are mornings when I get up and really want toast. So far I haven't caved because as soon as I start eating bread again I go hog wild. I am having family over for Superbowl Sunday and I am making some food that is on my plan so I don't ruin all the effort I put forth. I make a really good cheese dip that I am having with port skins. and I am also making some stuffed mushrooms.
