Could NOT get to sleep last night, nearly 5 a.m. when I finally got to sleep..realized this morning it was a cup of non-de-caf coffee I drank yesterday afternoon....since I am not used to caf-coffee late in the afternoon, it kept me w-i-d-e awake. Got up at 8:30 but already draging my butt.

Blew it last night after BED time and kept on eating...almonds and prunes mostly....bad girl!
took nap this morning, and a short one this evening too...still butt dragging but ready to go to bed early...have to get up early to leave by 9...got most of packing done...storms missed us but my friend cathy's step father was killed last night and her mom rendered homeless.
