Didn't sleep well last night, couldn't turn mind off---stress---got up at 6:30 and stayed up....kept eating and eating last night....stress eating. trying to do better today.

Got out and got some exercise, did dishes, sprayed garden with sevin,

The ducks laid 3 eggs today of all things. I am moving them and watching what they eat. Their grain consumption has gone way down and the egg production is still high so they are grazing more and more. Baby ducks are doing well as well. Got larger water container for them yesterday.

FBS 120, 1 hr. PP 101 minimal edema at noon...wt.193.2 in shorts and tank top at noon.

Worked a bit outside in garden and yard...cleaned kitchen a bit and chopped peppers and froze...felt pretty well actually. got lawn mower back and truck fixed and so Friday the 13th wasn't unlucky at all.

I went back thru your journals since I have been MIA the past few weeks, wanted to catch up with you. What is going on to bring all this stress upon you? I see your sleeping has really been out of wack. Time for a doc appt by chance?
