Last night I did:
The Body Coach TV - 20 Minute Full Body Dumbbell HIIT | The Body Coach TV
Felt like I was modifying just about everything and just using it for the timings, but I did get a good sweat on and liked that it had some cardio mixed into it. I'm not keen on burpees and up and down movements so I just did some skipping or high knees and such while he did his thing.

Then, this morning I did:
Funk Roberts - 30 Minute Muscle Building SuperSet Workout | Burn Fat | Dumbbell HIIT Training
What a great workout! And I crushed it with 6.5kg (a step forward for me:)). Loved that he often worked one side at a time so I managed to get a few extra reps in and felt like I pushed myself, which is always good. I think I'll try to do this one again fairly soon.

I then did a quick 5 minute cool down:
Bowflex - Bowflex® Stretch | Five-Minute Full Body Stretch

Calorie counting so far this week is going ok, so hopefully the rest of the week will follow suit. I will do a little walk later today - went nowhere yesterday.

Hope you all have a Terrific Tuesday! xxx

I would rather do 100 burpees than 100 high knees 🤣 but I love skipping. Sounds like a good workout - whether you did his movements or not! Hope the sun is shining for you this morning 😉☀️

Ooh, I'm impressed PW! I hate burpees! High knees I can handle - had to run into my kitchen from the living room for the cardio though - less noisy flooring for the neighbours. Good fun when someone's walking outside though and could look up to see me jumping around through the window. :)

Funk Roberts is new to me too - just popped up as a suggestion from YouTube last week and so far I liked the first workout I did, that was with his wife. Haven't subscribed yet, but I've saved the few videos I like to do again. Yes, 6.5 - I'll try to keep it there now and not go down and see how it goes. Only things like chest flys I need to still go lower I think.

I like a burpee box jump the best 🙌 💦 Haha 😆 it’s good of you to entertain the passers by 😉. I’m weak on the chest flys & pec deck too tbh but can definitely notice when I’ve done them so they are worth it imo x

Wow, PW! I just looked up burpee box jumps and they look killer! 🙌💪👍I definitely notice it when I've done chest flys too - and they are so worth it! xxx

Thanks Becky! It could be working against me, but I recon as long as I'm moving for that amount of time it should be fine.😊
