Need to pay more attention again how much and what I eat. This work week I will not misbehave as much and drink more herbal tea when hunger strikes. Keep on working on it!

my goal this week is to focus more on how I feel and listening to my body. And also to try and change my mindset a bit, making the healthy eating i’ve been doing more into a lifestyle rather than just eating good for a short period of time:)
