Lisa Online's Journal, 11 May 11

My silver Anniversary was great I had time to reflect on all of the years I have spent with my Brian. We met when we were 16 and married at 23 and have managed to stay in like and love with each other for over 30 years. We have lots of wonderful memories and accomplishments to be proud of.

BREN, the following song gave me great comfort when I was a child and lost a pet cat and learned about the sorrow of lost love.

We went out to dinner at a local restaraunt and I had a lovely shrimp scewered salad that was less then 500 calories which was nice since we treated ourself to a Cold Stone Icecream Cone after dinner. I had Rocky Road which is one of my favorites.

Today I am reviewing the recent list I found so am reposting it to keep in mind the Energy Food list! TOWANDA!!

What It Is
High vibrational food grows close to the sun and is packed with nutrients. Some high vibrational matter includes sunlight, fresh air and pure, clean water, and all have an effect on providing nourishment. So does preparing food with love and blessing it before you eat. In contrast, processed foods including baked goods, chips, fried foods or almost anything that comes in a can or box run pretty low on the vibrational scale. Any food altered dramatically also has a weaker pulsation.

Tree Fruits
Because they grow closest to the sun, tree fruits have a high vibration and are filled with life. Tree fruits include apples, pears, bananas, coconuts, avocados, nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots, oranges, lemons, limes, guava, lychees, mangos, persimmons, pomegranates, blueberries, cherries and olives. Enjoy these tree fruits either freshly picked or as a just-made juice to hydrate and oxygenate your cells and bloodstream.

Green Vegetables
Green vegetables contain chlorophyll, which absorbs sunlight, so leafy spinach, collards, kale and dandelion greens vibrate at high frequencies as do Brussels sprouts, zucchini, broccoli and bok choy. These greens also alkalize your system to balance its acidity, another benefit of eating high vibrational foods. Alkaline-forming foods also help rid the cells of waste matter.

Fish, Chicken and Beef
Even though many prefer not to eat animal protein, these foods still have a high frequency. Always choose wild fish over farmed fish, and opt for humanely treated and organic free-range chicken and grass-fed beef rather than their caged, antibiotic-fed cousins.

Raw Vegetables (Non-green)
When grown in nutritionally balanced soil and without pesticides, organic raw vegetables provide high-frequency nutrition.

Raw Cacao
The raw form of chocolate, cacao is seed in the fruit of the cacao tree and contains more than 1,200 phytonutrients.

Goji Berries
Mostly cultivated in Tibet and Mongolia, goji berries are highly nutritious. They are harvested by shaking the bush they grow on and then air-dried in the shade of that bush, a method that preserves their nutrients.

Nuts
Almonds, cashews and walnuts also grow on trees and are considered high vibrational, especially when eaten raw.

Anything Cultured or Fermented
Vegetables such as kimchi and pickles, freshly fermented, are a good source of probiotics, which aid in digestion. Raw goat yogurt and kefir (cultured goat milk) also fall into this category.

Good morning Lisa! That was so smart choice you had for your dinner as well as your favorite dessert. I do believe we shall enjoy our life with good food we want in moderation. The food list looks wonderful. I totally agree with all. I just have red meat less often than other meat and more fish than anything else for my protein. I do not agree with protein powder for myself since it's a processed food and not from nature. Have a wonderful day, my friend!:)
