Thanks! Very simple meal! You can use any ground meat seasoned to your liking and either hamburger helper, shells and cheese (I used that this time), any boxed Mac and cheese or make your own. I had an oral biopsy today and was supposed to eat soft foods and get a caloric surplus for the next week while making sure I get protein. There’s not exactly any soft meat and I didn’t want eggs again and can’t eat any fish so this was my compromise 😝. It took forever to eat it as I couldn’t use my tongue to push it around my mouth but was worth it! Tomorrow will be challenging as we will be at a track meet with limited food choices for all meals.
