Talked with my mom yesterday, and she thinks maybe I don't measure carefully enough and might be eating more than I think I do. I think I will start doing what she does, which is to take pics of all my food at the time I eat it - I always have my phone/camera but I don't have a good memory. Like yesterday, almost forgot that I ate a half a cupcake before stopping myself and tossing the rest!

I made a "salad" this morning with cottage cheese, chives, apples and snap peas - I love chive cottage cheese!

That is a really great idea! I always regret what I eat after I eat it... Maybe this will help me grasp all that I am putting in my mouth!

Yes - she lost 10 pounds and increased her veggies because she could see that she didn't eat enough vegetables.
