Well it has been over a year since my last logging… and I’m only up 2lbs, not too bad since I stopped eating keto but did make some healthier swaps, so that is probably why I kept off most the weight I had previously lost…

Great news. Our complex’s gym just opened, so I’ll be using that!! Hoping to incorporate at least an hour a day into my routine, maybe I’ll multitask and work from the treadmill/machines and listen to my podcasts!! A perk of being a small (work from home) business owner, I can work almost anywhere!!

I have been feeling a lot of fatigue and lack of motivation, so I will be getting back to a keto woe, or at least a few cycles of it because that is where I really felt the burst of energy come through.

Hope everyone has been well over the last 370 days!

I’m hoping to be back and more active here for accountability with my wellness plan!
