I started to eat healthy again because I don’t want to get over 300 lbs. I’d like to lose 110 lbs over the next year and a half. I have goals my kids are going to help me make better choices and so are my friends!

I got into a bariatric program, so hopefully I will be able to follow it and get my life back on track. My anxiety has been bad due to being laid off from my job. But I have this.
