Sounds great, no deprivation seems to work for you. I’m on my last 10ths and it’s challenged staying under 1200 kcal. Thanks for the inspiration!

I have a recipe for tortilla soup but I've never made it. It looks delicious.

Aarhonda, I never tried to eat under 1200 calories, even when I was in weight loss.I think my average was 1400 to 1500. I have been in maintenance for a couple of years. I eat between 1800 to 2000 most days, allowing me to eat whatever I want within reason.

Bear, I have made Tortilla soup before but it's been a pretty long time. This comes from Costco. It's pretty good & of course easier than home made 😁
