I hope this fall is a long one, but I fear it isn't. It is so very beautiful today. I made a pot of chili for my hubby for supper. I used my low carb recipe and added some chili beans. So my portion which was 1 cup turned out to be 13 carbs. Had I not added the beans it would be about 6 carbs. Now I am done eating for the day. I have racked up 26 carbs and 1187 calories. I am taking the upcoming holidays very seriously. I am trying to lose a little weight and also the craving for bread and sweets. Tonight is another bowling night so that should take my mind off of what I can eat and focus on the games Good luck to all.
