Came out of a relationship 3 weeks ago and have taken the decision to aim to lose 3 stone! Not gonna be easy but living alone will help working food out🙌 wish me luck

Thanks everyone. I have tried intermittent fasting before but with work it never ends well. Meat diet sounds lush is I could afford it or cook for that matter lol I’m actually just doing an easy body building diet. Lots of fish abs enough carbs to get me through work. I also love running what I’m gonna take advantage of. I’ve been weight lifting for the past 10 years and I’m actually gonna stop doing that. Being big doesn’t always come with benefits as I have found out. Again Thankyou everyone
