Hmm. Trying to change habits.

Plan is to go for OMAD 3 days per week.

Main meals should include:

Salad 🥗 or Soup 🍜
Vegetable 🍅
Main
Dessert and
Alcohol 🍷 or 🍺 3x per week

Also permitted either Bone Broth or Salad during any day at any time I need it.
