This morning I did: JessicaSmithTV - Full Body Full Length Fat Burning Workout | Total Body Toned 25 Minute Home Exercise With Dumbbells
Opted for this short and sweet one again and I'm a happy sweaty mess. Quick shower, hearty, warming oats for breakfast and then I'm ready to face the day.
