Feeling better, except for the sneezing. It ocurred to me my headache and body aches could be Keto flu since I am getting back to the keto routine.

I do not think you would get keto flu with over 70 net carbs but who knows. For me such a flu, if I get it, just last a bit and it does not really a flu as much as some chills and maybe a headace. anyways glad you are better
