Good Monday! It’s back to work for me after a good two weeks of relaxing and slowing down. I’m starting the week with one silver hills piece of toast with avocado and an egg on top 👍🏼. I’ll have to remind myself and work hard on snacking properly at work (the healthy snacks i’ve packed) and actually take the time to eat them during the day. I had the bad habit of not eating at work due to stress, lack of time.. forgetting to snack, eat .. and then have a binge eating party in the evening once I got home. Here’s to new habits! Wish me luck!
