Yesterday was pretty hectic. I didn't take time to eat much or even be hungry, so my calorie count was very low. I am loving the fall weather and the cool crisp morning air. I can see that keeping busy is vital to losing weight. If you have too much time on your hands then you think about snacking. I bowled on league last night and didn't do very well, but it is good exercise and better than vegetating in front of the tv. My tomato plants are all dying down and we have harvested the last of them. Boy am I going to miss them this winter. Tonight I am making a huge lettuce salad with fresh tomatoes and slicing a few others for supper. I have several bell peppers I am going to add and some baby carrots. I have some Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing to top it all off. Have a great weekend everyone and enjoy the coming of fall.
