When my weight was 48kg, I thought it was good weight. More I loose weight, more I feel lighter, movable and cleanliness inside of my body.
My scale showed 42.8kg, I was surprised the number that I never expected and I wondered if it is OK number for me. I spend to time as usual, cleaning, cooking, and washing clothes. I think it much better feeling during the day.
How much loosing weight is enough is enough? Probably, my body will let me know that not to loose weight anymore when I feel fatigue, easy to catch cold or some health problems. However, I don’t want to feel health problems. I think my weight, fat percentage and muscle mass is good for now. I just want to keep healthy way.
