どちら?と言えば、私はジャムのように柔らかい方が好きです。クリームチーズと柔らかい柿をフードプロセッサーで混ぜると、美味しいディップを作ることができます。クラッカーなど、パーティーの前菜に良いですよ。

Right in between is my favorite, honestly. I will use the soft ones in yogurt or like jam. I froze some last year. It worked. I get them from neighbors and the whole tree ripens at once, so I either have none or 50 of them. such a lovely treat. enjoy.

Soft like jam. But i like only the variation without pits, the one called hachiya i think. It is far more sugary. Persimmons, figs and berries. Seasonal fruit i can not resist and eat them without caring for extreme cico surpluses. But you are doing keto?! Even this variation has lots of carbs.
