Suggestions for filling foods? Every time I eat low carb meals I still feel hungry

I often have one-quarter cup of peanuts. (Goes surprisingly well with a tablespoon of salsa too if the peanuts alone are a little boring.) It isn’t a meal but as a snack it will take the edge off your hunger in about half an hour.

Try dark chocolate it is very filling and healthy at the same time
