Ahhh! Some things falling into place - other things falling out! Someone please remind me next year that I DO NOT want to do taxes again! Been very stressful and not fun and also not lucrative. Can't say it was boring though.
Daughters are home on Spring Break and that is working out ok - older one has schedule with her boyfriend and will fill in with visiting with me and her dad and his girlfriend. She also is transferring to a different branch of the same university so is visiting campuses and putting in applications for that this week, looks like her dad is helping her. Yeah! I am glad to see her making her own decisions and planning ahead.
Younger one is just hanging out - went out with a couple of her friends from high school but they don't have vacation this week so her days are slow. Last night she went contradancing with me, since I figured she would like that better than being a third wheel with her sister and the boyfriend. Guess what, she loved it! I think if I had to bet I would have know she would! Coincidentally there was a girl from her university (two hours from here) also home on Spring Break dancing, and not that they knew each other before but they certainly plan to get to know each other better from now on. She was an instant hit with the younger guys and I had to drag her out of there after closing time! So we will go out dancing Thursday night too since all of her new friends are dying to see her again.
Not doing great with food since there is a lot of cake at both my offices plus many evenings out and no control!
