Wt this morning 189.8 (last night's was 190.8) in same clothing FASTING BLOOD SUGAR was 95!!! Losest it has been so far!!!, the edema was very slight, about like it was last night, so I went ahead and took 40 mg of the lasix, but didn't take a K+ as I am using the also salt (potassium). After a BM etc. 2 hours later my wt is 188.6 (still in my jammies)so I am peeing off the extra water and the edema has decreased to where it is ???? that there is any edema at all.

I need to increase my protein intake and decrease carbs so will eat Tuna for lunch.

Well, worked hard today cleaning so got lots of exercise. Got the living room cleaned top to bottom, threw out books and mags (boxed to donate) spot cleaned a few areas of carpet..accomplished a lot! Spare room is nearly done, and my bedroom is done, and started filing in the office. Front porch piled wiht boxes and bags to take out or burn. TIRED! tonight but feel good because I did accomplish a lot. Took some tylenol so home will sleep well tonight.
