Started walking every other day... really started watching the food I eat too.. more fruit and veggies.. less bread and sugar... baked not fried.. more water and no sweet tea.. its working..
58.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
