I have fresh fish left and not much else in the way of animal protein. Yesterday, I really enjoyed it so today plan another fish day. Tomorrow is my TOPS weigh in and I want to make sure I turtle or loose.

That's a great plan. we eat a lot of seafood here. My protein today came from salmon, oysters and beans.
