I eat frozen often but I have to thaw it first, so technically not frozen.😆😆 My teeth are so sensitive. And though I eat ice cream often, I have to eat it sooooo slow. 😬

There are many ways to eat thawed fruit, actually I should say incorporate or add fruit to your meals. And ice cream is always yummier when melted. 😋👍 I'm sorry you have sensitive teeth. Mine get like that sometimes, with cold and hot. I know my sensitivity has to do with my fibromyalgia. Do you know why you have sensitive teeth?
