Love this kind of meal. 😋

Outback :). 6 oz sirloin that ended up being tough to chew but good flavor. Cooked medium. Also had a bit of bread, 3/4 of those loaded mashed potatoes and half of a salad (gave the other half to my daughter). My other daughter finished off the potatoes lol. Needed a lower calorie filling meal after eating a high calorie Mexican meal for lunch. Breakfast tomorrow is Krispy Kreme donuts I think 😳. Guess I can be happy that I’m following drs orders and eating a ‘balanced’ diet as best I can when traveling (ate some broccoli too but not listed as it wasn’t enough calories to bother counting lol) AND making sure I’m not ‘dieting’ for the next week or two. I will enjoy it while I can and go back to normal when he tells me I can lol.
