Not sure if I trust this number or if my last couple weigh ins were higher due to stress and retained water, but I took this twice, an hour apart. 🤷🏻‍♀️
113.9 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Once your body decides it’s okay to release a bunch of water, the scale can really move. It’s a very good thing! We tend to dismiss water weight loss as unimportant sometimes (it’s not really fat,) but carrying it around in our bodies puts pressure on our heart, lungs, joints, and vascular systems. It counts! Good for you!!!
