Day 1 & 2: July 17- went for a nice walk with the wife to farmers market. Bought some yummy kale that I enjoyed yesterday and today. Ate a lot of fresh fruits and veg throughout the day and drank a gallon of water. They say drinking lots of water helps to naturally reduce caloric intake. We shall see. I struggle with calorie counting but am working to do better at that. July 18th- went for a nice walk in the morning and did HIIT with dumbell routine- wow I was gasping for air and feeling the burn after 10 minutes of it. Feeling good now. Continuing to focus on the water consumption, and whole food plant based// avoiding refined sugars, oils, and processed foods as much as possible. My goal is to be 231.2 lbs by next Sunday.
